Rules for every program
- Only real payments earn. Rewards and commissions are based on what your referred customers actually pay.
- Refunds reverse rewards. If a payment is refunded, any commission on it that hasn't been paid out yet is cancelled.
- Some services are excluded. GPU, domain and dedicated IP payments don't earn rewards.
- One partner per customer. A customer is linked to a single referrer or partner — rewards don't stack.
- Links last 30 days. Anyone who opens your link and signs up within 30 days is linked to you.
- Play fair. Self-referrals, fake accounts and spam promotion aren't allowed and may lead to rewards being cancelled. Our terms of service apply.

Every AIC Cloud customer. Open Refer & Earn in your dashboard to get your personal link — there is nothing to apply for.
How much can I earn by referring a friend?
You earn 10% of what your friend pays for their first 6 months, as AIC Cloud wallet credit, up to ₹300 per friend. Rewards unlock once your friend has paid ₹299, and each reward is credited after a 7-day hold.
Does my friend get a discount?
Your friend pays our normal prices. The reward goes to you as wallet credit, which you can spend on any AIC Cloud service.
What is the difference between Refer & Earn and the Affiliate program?
Refer & Earn is for customers sharing with friends and pays wallet credit. The Affiliate program is for people who bring in customers regularly — creators, communities and agencies. Affiliates earn 25% of a referred customer's first 3 payments and can withdraw to a bank account or UPI once their available balance reaches ₹1,000.
When are affiliate commissions paid?
A commission becomes payable after the referred customer's 2nd payment and a 30-day hold. Once your available balance is ₹1,000 or more, request a payout from your Partner dashboard. Payouts are processed monthly by bank transfer or UPI.
How does the reseller top-up bonus work?
When a single wallet top-up is ₹5,000 or more you get +10% bonus credit, ₹15,000 or more gets +15%, and ₹50,000 or more gets +20%. For example, a ₹15,000 top-up adds ₹2,250 of bonus credit. Bonus credit can be used for any service but can't be withdrawn.
Which payments count?
Only real payments for AIC Cloud services count. GPU, domain and dedicated IP payments are not included. If a payment is refunded, any commission on it that hasn't been paid out yet is cancelled.
Can a customer be linked to more than one partner?
No. Each customer is linked to one referrer or partner only, so rewards can't be combined across programs.
How do I apply for the Affiliate or Reseller program?
Fill in the partner application. Our team reviews applications, usually within 1–2 working days. If you already have an AIC Cloud account, you can also apply from the Partner page in your dashboard.
