NVIDIA H100 80GB Cloud India 2026 — Rent from $1.99/hour

Use H100 when: (1) Production LLM serving where throughput directly affects revenue, (2) Large model training (Llama 70B+, foundation model pre-training), (3) FP8 inference for maximum speed. Use A100 for development, prototyping, and most fine-tuning workloads where the 2-3× speedup of H100 isn't worth 6× the price.

For FP16 LLM inference: ~2× faster. For FP8 LLM inference (Hopper feature): ~3× faster. For LLM training: ~2.5-3× faster. For image gen: ~1.5× faster (less benefit since not as Tensor-Core-bound). For pure CUDA compute: ~1.5× faster.

With LoRA / QLoRA: yes, comfortably. With FP8 + LoRA, you can fine-tune larger context lengths. For full fine-tuning of 70B params, you need 4× H100 or equivalent. For most production fine-tuning use cases, single H100 with LoRA is sufficient and significantly faster than A100.

AWS p5.48xlarge (8× H100): $98/hour = $12.25/hour per H100. GCP A3-megagpu-8g (8× H100): ~$88/hour. AIC Cloud H100 80GB: $1.99/hour. AIC is roughly 6× cheaper per H100 than AWS, 5× cheaper than GCP. For pure GPU compute, AIC Cloud is dramatically more cost-effective.
